Light pink color. Balanced with pleasant acidity, robust body and long aftertaste. Aroma of strawberry, sour cherry & cherry. It is produced by bleeding at 4°C for 10 hours and then classic white vinification. Pairing well with shellfish, Asian cuisine, sushi, caramelized fruit or even on its own as an aperitif!
