Color lemon green. Taste balanced with crisp acidity and aroma of melon, peach and lemon blossoms. Aging for 3 months in tanks with wine lees. It is a good combination with fish, shellfish, grilled dishes with coriander and egg-lemon dolmades. Possibility of aging from 3 to 5 years.
